General terms and conditions of the Dolce Casa Family Resort & Spa

Important information about terms of cancellation, conditions of payment and other general information regarding your stay

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

We would like to remind our guests that rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Late check-out or early check-in are possible with payment of a supplement and subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For cancellations more than 1 month before arrival date, the initial deposit will be refunded, minus €50 for administration costs.
  • For cancellations between 1 month and 10 days before arrival date, the deposit will be withheld.
  • For cancellations between 10 and 3 days before arrival date, a 40% penalty is payable.
  • For cancellations 2 days or less before arrival date, a 60% penalty is payable.
  • For “no shows”, late arrivals and/or early departures, 80% payment of the total is payable, as confirmed at time of booking.

INSURANCE

Within 24 hours of paying your deposit, we advise you to take out “Allianz” holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your stay.

TOURIST TAX

A local tourist tax of € 1.30 per person per day is levied on guests age 14 upward for a maximum of 10 nights. This is not included in the price of your stay and is payable on the spot.

BOOKING

A booking is only considered binding after payment of a deposit.

PAYMENT

We accept payments with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards, with debit cards, by cheque or in cash. We do not accept American Express credit cards.

PETS

We wish to inform guests that we can only accept small and medium-sized dogs, with a supplement of € 10-15 per day.
