Our commitment to you

For the summer of 2022, our hotel has developed many new procedures and introduced various innovations to enable you to have a peaceful vacation.

We are happy to present you:

Cleaning and disinfection

• Regular hygiene of critical areas with professional antibacterial and antiviral products
• Regular manual and automatic ventilation to the environment
• Hand disinfection columns at various points in the hotel are available to guests
• Room cleaning room by room
• Disinfect the room with ozone before checking in
• Using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as gloves when cleaning surroundings

Kitchen

• Careful hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with the strict HACCP regulations (hazard analysis and critical control points)
• Cooks use gloves and mouth / nose masks when processing food

Restaurant

• The buffet is adapted to the new legal requirements and therefore disposable gloves will be provided
• The waiters wear masks
• Guests always wear masks, except when they are seated at the table

Wellness

• We use different filters and chlorine in swimming pools
• We provide disinfectants in the relaxation areas
• The SPA center with wellness treatments (face, body, massages, ...) is open regularly and the employees use mouth / nose masks
• We use antibacterial and antiviral detergents for cleaning
• Access to and use of the swimming pools and saunas is possible according to the rules set out in the laws in force at the time of the booked stay

Activities and animation

• The entertainment and support is guaranteed for all ages: Tina Baby 1-2 years; Tina Mini 3-7 years and Tina Junior 8 years and older. The service takes place in small groups. Everything is carried out in accordance with the guidelines and safety protocols provided by the laws in force during the stay booked.
• We have postponed most of the outdoor activities
• Regular hygiene (at least once a day) of the play areas

Other

• Fast Wi-Fi internet connection for guests who want to work while on vacation!
• Our guests can check in online before they arrive at the hotel
• Distance from the hospital 20 kilometers and from the first aid center 6 kilometers
• "Soft Touch" elevator button
• All employees have been trained to improve hygiene measures and to strictly follow internal protocols

General

• Guests and employees can always wear a mask
• In the entire structure (reception, common rooms, bar, restaurant ...) the interpersonal distance of 1 meter applies. The distance does not apply to families / guests sharing the same room / suite in the hotel
