Discovering traditional Trentino cuisine

Holidays full of flavour for every age: we offer both local and Italian dishes in our restaurant, but also special menus for children and many inclusive services

For adults
We want to pamper both adults and children. This is why we take meticulous care over our cuisine, offering you not only Italian dishes, but also Trentino specialities and high quality products from the local area, preferably accompanied by a bottle of fine regional wine. Our hotel offers a generous breakfast, a tasty lunch, a buffet-service of afternoon snacks, and an excellent four-course dinner, including appetisers and desserts, with a wide selection of vegetables at the buffet.

On request, we can prepare special dishes for guests with food allergies or intolerances.

For children and newborns
Children get special attention and special menus, to ensure they enjoy a wonderful mountain holiday! Children can decide whether to join their parents at mealtimes, or to eat with their new friends and our activity leaders.

Our children’s menu also consists of first and second courses, vegetables and a dessert, to give them sufficient energy to enjoy the afternoon’s activities. In addition, we make delicious home-made pastries for them every afternoon. We also provide high chairs and booster seats, coloured placemats and children’s cutlery.

Baby food
At main meal-times, we provide vegetable soup, meat or vegetable broth, small-sized pasta, puréed meat, fresh cheese, cooked ham, puréed fruit and baby food.

Mothers’ kitchenette
The kitchenette is free to use 24 hours a day, and has a sink, hot-plate, fridge, steriliser and microwave; there are also stocks of various types of milk and pasta.
